For instance, the classical taslc of classroom management which was commonly perceived as a strictly inside classroom task, one that is primari Iy between the student and the teacher, is now seen asa multi-dimensional task necessitating the contributions of all affiliated

parties aforementioned above due to the never ending discipline problems in classrooms all araund the world no matter which classroom management model the teacher is trying to implement.

Thus, essential aspects of educational management those naturally tend to be more multi-dimensional involving many sides such as parent-teacher organizations, after school clubs and activities, open house, registration and orientation events, appraisal and professional development of teachers, academic matters those have the potential and capacity to shape and mold the climate of the school into an academic one based on learning and inquiry are reviewed and examined with a speciftc focus on Kindergarten thru 12th grade educational institutions highlighting American public school system.
